iCrush Sports Performance helps athletes reach higher and achieve more through strength, exercise, and confidence. We believe strength & conditioning helps grow mental toughness, prevent injury, increase flexibility, and develop strong team bonding. iCrush offers pre-season training for Peak players. During the club season, 14-18’s train on Mondays, and 10-13’s train on Wednesdays.

About iCrush

Kevin Polcovich, the owner of iCrush, played Division 1 baseball at the University of Florida and continued on to play 12 years of professional baseball with 2 of those years in the Majors. Kevin has a degree in Kinesiology and also coaches for 80 Grade baseball.

Lisa Polcovich graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science while playing Division I volleyball for the Gators and earning All-Academic SEC. She is a Certified Personal Trainer, Sports Performance Specialist (ISSA, Nesta, ACE), and serves as the director of Peak’s Strength & Conditioning programs. Lisa is in her ninth season of coaching for OP2 and has coached both 11’s & 12’s.
