Up next in our senior highlight series is Sage Donahoo. Sage plays on 17 Elite and will be graduating from Norman North High School. Next year, she plans to attend the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa in Honolulu, Hawai’i. Go Warriors!
Sage’s Career Awards and Honors: AVCA Player of the Week, AVCA Best and Brightest, All-Conference 2nd Team, 2x Norman North Offensive Player of the Year, State Runner Up, Sate Semi Finalist, and Conference Honorable Mention.
Sage’s parents say “Sage is a blessing to everyone she meets. Her energy is contagious and it has been so fun to watch her share it with all of her teammates and coaches. Volleyball has taught her so many life lessons in discipline and communication. Getting to share all the times on the road and making so many memories has been priceless for our family. We can’t wait to see her on her next adventure and the amazing future she has waiting for her.”
Outside of volleyball, Sage participates in Norman North’s SPUD Week (Students Preforming Unselfish Deeds). While at the University of Hawaii, she plans to study marine biology and pursue her long time dream of working with sea life in Hawaii.
