Senior Highlight: Landry Braziel

Next up in our senior highlight series is Landry Braziel! Landry plays on 18 Elite and will be graduating from Community Christian School. Next year, she is committed to play volleyball at the The University of Texas at El Paso in El Paso, Texas. Go Minors!

Landry’s Career Awards and Honors: 3X USA Volleyball National Team Development Program, 4X 1st Team All-OKC, 4X POY Finalist, 4X 1st Team All-Conference, 3x State Champion, 1x State Runner-Up, Under Armor 3 Star Recruit, Prepdig.com #1 Ranked Player Oklahoma 2024, PrepVolleyball.com Top 150, and Prep-Hoops #15 Ranked Player Oklahoma 2024.

Landry’s Statistical Achievements: 10-foot club (10’2 jump touch), 1730 career kills (school record), 1204 digs, 232 aces, and 123 blocks.

Landry’s parents say “[she] is a fierce competitor with winning as the #1 goal. Landry isn’t worried about personal accomplishments as a primary reason for motivation! Landry appreciates being coached and wants to improve as she moves to the next phase of her playing career! Her sister Jacy was a college OH at SNU and gives her sister a lot of credit in being her primary role model and wanting to exceed her successes on the court!”

Landry is a multi-sport athlete at competing in both Volleyball and Basketball at the varsity level. After high school, Landry plans to earn a degree in communications at UTEP.
