Bio

Hayley Aquino earned a bachelor’s degree in Human Development Family Science: Child and Family Services from Oklahoma State University in 2014. She is in her 5th year of coaching for OP2, having coached 14-3’s for three years before moving to 15-2’s in 2019. Prior to Peak, she coached 12’s and 14’s for Stillwater Volleyball Club. She also has high school coaching experience with Deer Creek High School.

As a player, Hayley was a graduate of Bishop Kelley High School where he was three-time state champion and three year starter at libero. In 2009, Hayley was named the Tulsa World All-Metro Player of the Year. She followed that up with being named the 2009 5A State Tournament MVP. In 2010, she Hayley was again named to the 5A State tournament all-tournament team. In 2011, Hayley was selected to the Small East All-State team.

In club, Hayley played 10 years for Team Tulsa, Club One, and OP2 while qualifying for nationals eight times. As the libero, Hayley’s 2010  OP2 17 Smack team won the Colorado Crossroads National Qualifier and qualified for the USAV Open division at nationals with a 3rd place finish in the Open division at ShowMe. Hayley’s team was the first Oklahoma team to ever qualify in the Open division at nationals. That team finished 15th in Open at Nationals that year.
